My courses and coaching programs are designed to create lasting transformation, but true change requires your commitment and willingness to do the work.

    Because of the nature of this work, all sales are final, and I do not offer refunds. This policy is in place to uphold the integrity of my offerings and, most importantly, to honor the decision you made when you said yes to yourself and your growth.

    It is common for individuals with unhealed trauma to make a decision toward healing and then feel resistance or second-guess themselves. This is part of the process, and it’s why I stand firm in trusting your initial decision. When you enrolled in this program, you recognized that you needed this work, and I am here to guide and support you—but I cannot walk the path for you. Transformation happens when you show up for yourself.

    By purchasing my courses or coaching, you acknowledge that your success is dependent on your commitment to the process. My role is to provide guidance, tools, and support, but your results will come from your willingness to engage, apply, and integrate what you learn.
